Keep active

Breathing techniques for stress
Breathing may be a basic human function, essential to life, that you do with little-to-no thought and take for granted, but are you actually breathing effectively?
Ease the anxiety of lockdown with Ginny’s complete relaxation class; including stretching, 4,7, 8 breathing, a body scan and meditation
Banish stress with a soothing facial massage
Prepare for a wonderful night’s sleep with one of Ginny’s relaxation guides. Get comfortable, close your eyes and then let Ginny’s words guide you.
