Following government advice we will close from 20th March 2020, whilst this is disappointing we recognise that this is an important measure.
We will keep in touch with you via email and social media and we look forward to welcoming you back to the spa as soon as possible.

Regular Members (those who do not need to book their visits)
Your membership will be suspended free of charge, any bookings for March and April will automatically be cancelled and we will review the situation for bookings during May and June.
Spa Club Members
Since your visits can be taken over the course of 12 months, we will continue to take your direct debit but will allow you to take your visits over an extended period. If you have a visit booked during March and April this be cancelled automatically. We will review the situation for visits during May and June.
If you were due to visit during March or April, your visit will be placed on hold for 12 months. If you are due to visit during May or June we will update you once we have received further advice from the government. You are also able to request a refund for your visits via the forms on our homepage but please allow two weeks for these to be processed by our teams.
Please note any gift vouchers which expire during this period will be extended.
