In the salt water your body is naturally buoyant, as you float upright your spine is lengthened and you naturally adopt a good posture.
Our fitness team have put together a complete programme designed to strengthen your core, back and support your posture. The aim is to stretch and open the front of the body whilst strengthening the back of the body.
