We run a balanced timetable of intimate small group classes which relate to what you want to achieve.
You can join a small group of up to eight like-minded people led by one of our highly knowledgeable team in an informal and friendly studio environment. Classes are held in our comfortable, purpose build Wellness Studio and are suitable for all levels including newcomers to Wellness concepts.
A variety of classes are on offer focusing on wellbeing, strength or conditioning; all classes are low impact and work on improving functional movement. Since classes are small, it is always a good idea to book in advance. The earliest booking period is 6 days. Non-attendance or classes cancelled within 1 hour of the start time will incur a £5 charge.
