Starters choose one:
Coriander, chilli and lime crab cakes with Asian slaw, lemongrass and stem ginger dressing
Crispy duck salad with carrot and Asian cabbage mouli, mangetout, beansprouts, five spice toasted cashew nuts, soy, sesame and mustard dressing, micro coriander
Chilli and coriander mock duck bon bons with a sweetcorn, shiitake mushroom and kombu broth
Mains choose one:
Sesame and miso glazed short ribs with a coconut, coriander, and lime polenta cake and bok choy, five spice and sweet and sour jus.
Thai green salmon curry, water chestnuts, bok choi, bean sprouts, baby corn, fresh chill and coriander served with lemongrass scented jasmine rice and a cashew nut and coriander crumble.

Desserts choose one:
