Extended Voucher Promise
We want all our customers to enjoy their spa visits so will promise to extend your voucher if needed. In the event of a lockdown your voucher end date will be extended automatically. If you need more time, please get in touch and we will be happy to give you an extended period to redeem the value of your voucher.

Thank you, once again, for your support over these difficult few months. We are absolutely delighted to reopen the spa from the 12th April subject to Government confirmation. The well-being of all our customers and staff is of utmost importance to us and we are committed to ensuring that all spa visits are safe and relaxing. With this in mind, during our first phase of opening, we will be prioritising our members. Throughout this phase, we will be proactively monitoring numbers and working hard to adapt our alfresco dining provision to allow us to welcome our Day Spa customers as soon as possible.
We want all our customers to enjoy their spa visits so all vouchers have been extended to the 31st December 2022.

In line with the current Government guidelines between the 12th April to the 17th May we will only be able to welcome bookings from the same household or support bubble.
We are pleased to confirm that our pools, Crystal Treatment suite and fitness facilities will all be available for you to enjoy.
Please be aware that our thermal facilities (sauna, steam, and plunge baths) and fitness classes will not be available until at least the 17th May and we will provide further updates on these once we have received clarification from the Government.
We are delighted to continue to offer free access to our Dead Sea Salt Therapy pool. This floatation pool provides a unique environment for gentle movement which is especially beneficial for those with painful joints, sports related injuries or reduced mobility.
In order to comply with Government regulations, you will not be able to enjoy food or drinks indoors until the 17th May (this date is also subject to Government confirmation.)
However, we are pleased to confirm that, from the 12th April, we will be offering the following delicious new menus in our Spa Garden and in our open pergolas:
- Stone baked pizza
- From the grill
Please wear your face covering in reception and changing areas and as you move through the facilities.
Please take your temperature on arrival using our thermal scanning kiosk.
Full track and trace is in operation, we also encourage the use of the NHS Covid App QR code.
Please be aware that hairdryers may not be used in our changing facilities.
