A good skin care ritual will not only keep your skin looking healthy and glowing; there is also evidence that committing to doing something nice for yourself as part of a regular routine can be beneficial for your mental health.

We have been working with Gina, a skin care specialist at Germaine de Capuccini to bring you a series of videos to explain the different steps which make up a good skin care routine. This week, Gina highlights the benefits of cleansing the skin morning and evening to remove impurities. She also offers top tips to care for the more delicate skin around the eyes.
