Making the most
of your spa membership
On your first visit to the Spa, please come to reception where we will take your photograph and issue your membership card.
Your membership card acts as your charge card for food, beverages and incidentals so that you don’t have to carry cash or credit cards with you. The charges may be settled when you check out or will be added to your membership account for collection by monthly direct debit.
We recommend that you bring 2 items of swimwear so that you have a dry one to change into later in the day, poolside footwear, robe and towels, fitness wear that you may require and your preferred shampoos or conditioners.
Robes and towels can be hired from reception costing £2.00 per item and can be replaced as often as required. Complimentary robes (but not towels) are supplied with treatments and floatations – please ask when you check-in. Flip flops can be purchased for £3.50.
Free wifi is available throughout the spa. To maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment, phones must be kept on silent. Voice calls are prohibited and only silent texting is permitted. If you would like to take a phone call, please use one of our telephone boxes or the seating area in Day Spa Reception.
We operate a no smoking policy in all areas of the spa including the outside patio, garden, pool and lounger areas, which includes e-cigarettes.
Full members are not required to book. Spa Club, Midweek Retreat or Escape members must pre-book visits to the Spa on 0118 989 7575 or with the Booking Request Form.
We require cancellation notice the day prior to your booking. If cancellation notice is not received and we are unable to re-allocate the space, your membership visit will be forfeited.
All members can bring a maximum of two guests per visit, which is subject to pre-booking. Members must be present and responsible for their guests’ conduct at all times.
Monday – Thursday day guest: £65.00 ; Monday – Thursday evening guest: £45.00
Friday – Sunday day guest: £75.00 ; Friday – Sunday evening guest £50.00
Day guests may check in from 8:30am; evening guests may check in from 5:30pm; all guests may use the facilities until they close 15 minutes prior to the Spa closing time.

A variety of gluten free dishes and vegetarian options are always available. We take great care to keep careful records of all our ingredients to help those with allergies. Just ask your server, who will be pleased to help you regarding the ingredients in any of our dishes.

Personal make-up consultations are now available at Nirvana Spa. Whether you’re curious about the correct way to shape the contours of your face or discover your party look, a one-to-one appointment with one of our beauty professionals can work wonders.
We offer tailor-made fitness programmes centred on the goals you are striving to achieve. As you progress, we can provide six one-to-sessions per year to help keep you on track. The sooner you book yours in, the sooner you can make a start!
