| Terms and Conditions | Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. If the event is rescheduled you will be offered tickets for the new date; should you not wish to accept these you will be offered a refund. If the event is cancelled, we will contact you to arrange a refund. Refunds shall only be made to the person who purchased the tickets. If you are unable to attend the event for reasons beyond our control then no refund will be given. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. |
