We are delighted to see sushi make an appearance on our specials board. Our chefs prepare a highly flavoured sushi with smoky, nutty tofu combined with creamy and rich avocado. The sushi sits on a bed of tangy and crunchy kimchi and are garnished pickled ginger, spicy sriracha and peppery wasabi. This delicious, light, and healthy dish is served with a ponzu dipping sauce.
