Method
- Preheat oven to 170c (fan assisted oven)
- Mash bananas in a bowl
- Melt butter
- Whisk eggs and sugar in a mixing bowl (until pale in colour)
- Whisk in vanilla, natural yoghurt, melted butter and mashed up bananas
- Combine cinnamon and flour then fold into mixture
- Pour mixture into a baking tin and bake for around 35min (check a skewer comes out clean)
- Cool for 10mins in the tin and turn cake out on to a wire rack or plate
- Combine the icing sugar and cocoa powder in a bowl and add 3 tbsp. of cold water mix to a past and spread on top of cake

- 150g unsalted butter
- 225g self-raising flour
- 3 ripe bananas
- 150g soft brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 60g natural yoghurt
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of cinnamon
- 50 grams chocolate chips
- 3 tbsp icing sugar
- 1 tbsp. of cocoa powder
