Hold on to your steamed salmon, the Nirvana Spa salad bar is making a comeback.
It’s the moment we’ve been waiting for – the salad bar will reopen from 1st February! It’s better than ever with a wider variety of hot dishes and the return of your favourite cold offerings, including soy & sesame green bean salad and smoked paprika & chickpea hummus.
Two-course salad bar
We’ve slightly changed the way you’ll serve yourself to the salad bar. This is to ensure your meal is perfectly coordinated with any dining companions who are ordering from the a la carte menu.
The salad bar is now offered as a two-course meal. Our waiting staff will provide a starter plate to your table for you to create your own starter from our vast choice of dishes. Then, when you are ready for your main course, we’ll deliver you a fresh plate to put together a delicious main meal. Many of our guests opt for a cold starter and a hot main course but the choice is yours.
What’s on the menu?
Just like before we’ll be serving a huge range of hot and cold choices. Our cold options are grouped into different areas including Garden, Naked, Chef’s Bar, Dips and Dressings. We cater for vegan, dairy free and gluten free and all dishes are clearly marked according to dietary requirements.
Our hot choices will always include a meat dish, fish dish, vegan option and two side dishes. Talented head chef, James, has put together our most delicious and creative hot menu to date, themed by a different country’s cuisine each week. Highlights include slow-cooked Moroccan pulled lamb shoulder, Teriyaki marinated fish and cauliflower steak with vegan pesto.

The Nirvana Spa salad bar is a delicious, healthy way to sample new dishes and choose your own portion sizes. With two courses to enjoy, there’ll always be a chance to have a second helping of your favourite options. The Salad Bar is £18.95 per person for two courses.
