Discretionary Service Charge

Food, drinks & treatments

From 1^st February, we’ll be adding an 8% discretionary service charge to food and drinks served in our restaurant and via our lounger service. The entirety of the tips will be shared amongst the Nirvana Spa food & beverage team.

We’ll also be adding an 8% discretionary service charge to spa treatments. This will go directly to your spa therapist.

All discretionary service charges will be clearly itemised and added to your bill during your visit to Nirvana Spa, with the option to remove the charge if you’d prefer.
