Mobile phones and videography
We understand that some people enjoy using the spa as a relaxing escape from everyday life whilst others enjoy documenting and sharing every moment. We therefore allow phones in the spa but request that they are kept on silent or headphones are used. If you’d like to make a phone call, video call, or record a voice note, please use the designated phone boxes or reception areas.
When sharing your Nirvana Spa memories, please be mindful not to include other guests in the background and refrain from taking any photos in our changing rooms.

With warm, summer spa days around the corner, we’d like to remind you of a few things that allow all our guests to enjoy their spa experience. With our vast range of facilities to explore, there’s no need to reserve a space so please be considerate of others and refrain from leaving your belongings on a lounger.
When dining, we ask that you’re respectful of our dress code and cover up with a robe or t-shirt. Our beautiful spa garden is a popular place to relax and is an extension of our indoor facilities so please be mindful of our no-smoking / no-vaping policy. There is a designated smoking area by the pond outside our Day Spa Reception.
