Our phone policy is regularly discussed by our management team as we strive to adopt a considered approach. We recognise that some of you view the spa as a sanctuary and a special place to escape the stresses of the world, while others of you are desperate to document and share every moment of your pampering experience.
As you are aware, we allow phones in the spa but request they are kept on silent and we insist you do not capture other guests in your photos. To make it easier for you to adhere we have taken the decision to allow phone calls in both our reception areas. We will also be relocating one of our popular phone boxes to the Spa Garden you will never be far from a calling point.
New phone lines
We understand that when you call the spa you want to speak with the right member of our team as quickly as possible. To ensure that we deliver the best possible service, we are installing a new telephone system in August. There will be one central number for all incoming calls and you will then have four options to select:
Option 1 – for day spa bookings and sales enquiries
Option 2 – for member bookings
Option 3 – for Nirvana Health bookings
Option 4 – for all other enquiries
Please note you are not required to listen to all the options before making your selection.
Please see our website for further updates.
Changing rooms upgrade
We are excited to confirm that the female changing rooms nearest to the Nirvana Pool are next to be upgraded. Work will commence on the 19th August and the first phase will involve the closure of the sauna and steam rooms and the adjacent showers.
This area is expected to reopen after approximately four weeks with a brand new steam room. Work will then commence on the other showers and will be completed end of November. Throughout the renovations we will maintain limited access to the changing rooms.
